We’re seeking an Applied AI Scientist to join Aduna’s Cortex team. You’ll design AI systems that automate, secure, and scale next-gen workflows and network APIs, applying ML, foundation models, graph reasoning, and multi-agent orchestration. If you thrive on experimentation and production impact, this is your role.
Responsibilities:
Design, prototype, and deploy AI models for automation, intelligence, and API services.
Conduct applied research with LLMs, GNNs, Transformers in software, cybersecurity, or network contexts.
Develop RAG systems and pipelines (embeddings, vector search, retrieval orchestration).
Collaborate with MLOps, engineering, and infra teams to move models into production.
Train or adapt open-source/proprietary models for multimodal structured/unstructured or graph data.
Contribute to AI architecture ensuring scalability, auditability, ethics, and security.
Evaluate models for performance, robustness, interpretability, drift.
Stay current with emerging tools, methods, and research.
Document and share best practices.
Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years in applied ML/AI R&D with deployed models.
Strong Python skills; experience with Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
Solid knowledge of NLP, LLMs, GNNs, or agent-based systems.
Experience with ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, W&B) and Git.
Familiarity with production deployment practices.
Experience with structured (graphs, logs, APIs) & unstructured (text, code) data.
Strong skills in evaluation, error analysis, tuning.
Master’s or PhD in CS, Engineering, or related field.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with code intelligence or AI for developers.
Familiarity with telecom data, APIs, or security.
Experience with agentic/multi-agent systems (LangChain, AutoGen).
Knowledge of federated learning, privacy, explainability, AI governance, or RLHF.
Open-source contributions or publications.

Nous cherchons un Scientifique en IA appliquée pour l’équipe Cortex d’Aduna. Vous concevrez des systèmes d’IA qui automatisent, sécurisent et mettent à l’échelle les flux logiciels et APIs réseau. Vous appliquerez apprentissage automatique, modèles fondamentaux, raisonnement par graphes et orchestration multi-agents pour bâtir des plateformes intelligentes.
Responsabilités :
Concevoir, prototyper et déployer des modèles d’IA pour automatiser des tâches logicielles et offrir des services API intelligents.
Mener des recherches appliquées avec LLMs, GNNs, Transformers dans des contextes logiciel, cybersécurité ou APIs réseau.
Construire des systèmes RAG et pipelines de contextualisation (embeddings, recherche vectorielle, orchestration de la récupération).
Collaborer avec les équipes MLOps, ingénierie et infrastructure pour amener les modèles en production.
Entraîner ou adapter des modèles open-source ou propriétaires pour données multimodales structurées/non structurées ou graphe.
Contribuer à l’architecture IA pour garantir évolutivité, auditabilité, éthique et sécurité.
Évaluer les modèles en termes de performance, robustesse, interprétabilité et dérive.
