Job Specifications

We are seeking an experienced and driven Device as a Service (DaaS) Lead / Manager to own and deliver a full-scale DaaS implementation. This role will lead the end-to-end device lifecycle, manage OEM partnerships, and act as the primary client interface to ensure successful service delivery.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management, with hands-on experience in large-scale end-user device programs.

Key Responsibilities:

DaaS Program Leadership

Lead the end-to-end DaaS program including scoping, planning, implementation, and transition to BAU operations
Own the complete device lifecycle: procurement, deployment, management, refresh, and retirement

Procurement & Vendor Management

Manage DaaS procurement with OEMs such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, and other strategic partners
Lead commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and vendor performance management
Develop and maintain standardized device catalogues aligned with organizational standards

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the single point of contact for clients throughout the DaaS lifecycle
Present project plans, progress updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders
Ensure delivery against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and service commitments
Prepare and present Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly service review dashboards

Technical Oversight

Collaborate with internal IT teams on imaging, provisioning, and UEM/MDM integrations
(Intune, Tanium, JAMF, etc.)
Enable zero-touch deployments and seamless end-user onboarding
Work closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure endpoint security and compliance

Budget & Cost Optimization

Own project budgets, hardware forecasting, and financial reporting
Identify and drive cost optimization opportunities across procurement and asset lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience leading large-scale DaaS or End User Computing programs
Strong knowledge of IT hardware lifecycle management
Hands-on experience with OEM procurement and vendor negotiations
Experience with UEM/MDM platforms (Intune, JAMF, Tanium, etc.)
Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
Strong financial and commercial understanding of DaaS models

Nice to Have:

ITIL, PMP, or similar certifications
Experience working in global or multi-site environments
Background in managed services or enterprise IT transformations
