TITLE: Senior & Intermediate Data Scientist (Full Stack / Applied AI)
INDUSTRY: B2C AI / SaaS / Emerging Technology
LOCATION: Hybrid - 4 days in-office (Canada-based)
SALARY: $200,000 - $240,000 CAD + equity

About You:
You are a hungry, hands-on Data Scientist who wants ownership and the opportunity to build and scale impactful products

Responsibilities:
Build, deploy, and scale end-to-end data science and machine learning solutions for consumer-facing products
Develop and productionize advanced models, including LLM-based and agentic systems, at real-world scale
Drive product analytics to deeply understand user behavior and influence product and growth decisions
Write high-quality, production-ready Python and SQL across analytics, modeling, and data pipelines
Partner closely with product and engineering teams to shape features from concept through launch
Rapidly experiment with new techniques and technologies, moving from idea to production quickly
Help define best practices, tooling, and data architecture as the platform continues to scale
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
4+ years of experience (Intermediate) or 7+ years of experience (Senior) in Data Science, Applied ML, or similar roles
Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL in production environments
Experience working on product analytics and large-scale, consumer-facing platforms
Proven experience deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production
Experience with or strong interest in LLMs, generative AI, or agent-based systems
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ownership environments while contributing effectively within a team
Compensation Range:
Base salary between $200,000 and $240,000 CAD
