Warehouse & Logistics Specialist

We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse & Logistics Specialist to support 24/7 manufacturing operations at a state-of-the-art facility. You’ll play a key role in end-to-end warehouse and materials management, supporting live production in a highly regulated environment.

What you’ll do

Receive, process and reconcile inbound deliveries and documentation
Pick, verify and stage materials for manufacturing operations
Perform SAP inventory transactions and maintain stock accuracy
Coordinate internal material movements across the site
Support outbound shipments and associated documentation
Maintain GMP/GxP compliance across warehouse activities

What we’re looking for

2+ years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations
Experience in GMP/GDP or other highly regulated environments
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Experience with SAP (preferred) and MS Office
Ability to work 12-hour shifts within a 2–2–3 schedule
Strong attention to detail and proactive, “can-do” mindset
