Join our team as a Talent & Development Intern!

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in HR as part of your studies? We are offering an internship for a motivated student eager to contribute to recruitment and development projects within our team.

Key responsibilities include:

Assist in sourcing candidates on platforms and jobboards and maintaining a CV database.
Help create and update engaging job descriptions and post job listings.
Pre-screen applications, compile shortlists, and organize interview schedules.
Prepare interview materials (CVs, evaluation sheets, tracking docs).
Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in interviews.
Draft and send follow-up emails
Analyze recruitment data and support with tracking metrics.
Contribute to projects and other HR initiatives.
Organize and file training certificates.

Who you are:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resource Management, Labor Sciences, Work Psychology, or a related field that requires an internship agreement.
Enthusiastic, organized, and proactive.
Strong communication skills and proficient in MS Office.
Detail-oriented and a team player.
Fluent in English and French.
Available for an intership of 4 to 6 months
