Role: Senior IAM Cybersecurity Consultant (Remote – Belgium)

Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in Belgium)

Language: Native or Professional Fluency in French or Dutch, and English (Mandatory)

Employment Type: Full-time / CDI / Freelance

The Opportunity:

As our Senior IAM Consultant, you will be the architectural bridge between complex security requirements and seamless user experiences.
You will join a mission-critical team helping Belgian enterprise clients (BEL 20 / Large Caps) and public institutions transition to Zero Trust architectures.
This role offers the freedom of a fully remote setup with the stability of working on high impact projects within the Belgian and European digital ecosystems.

Core Responsibilities:

Architect & Implement: Lead the design and deployment of IAM solutions (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID) across complex hybrid environments.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure all IAM frameworks meet strict GDPR, NIS2, and CCB (Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium) standards.
Local & EU Regulations: Align security architectures with sector-specific requirements, such as DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) for the financial sector or eIDAS for electronic identification and trust services.
National Integration: Support integration with Belgian-specific systems where necessary (e.g., Itsme for digital identity or eHealth platforms).

Technical Profile:

Experience: 5+ years in Cybersecurity with a dedicated focus on Identity & Access Management.
Tech Stack: Deep hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, or Ping Identity.
Protocol Mastery: Expert knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
Soft Skills: Ability to navigate the Belgian corporate landscape and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders (CISO/RSSI).
