I am hiring for Business Analyst (customer product journey / Data Reporting / Data modelling )

Location: Southampton - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per week in Office

Strong experience in business process mapping and customer/product journey documentation
Proven ability to gather and articulate reporting requirements, metrics, and KPIs
Hands-on experience with self-service reporting and hub-and-spoke reporting models
Expertise in interactive and canned reporting design, including wireframing, prompts, filters, and layout
Good understanding of data, reporting, and analytics technologies, with exposure to data modelling concepts.
