Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of an IT Technical Support in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As An IT Technical Support You Will

Troubleshoot and repair software and hardware issues.
Perform regular hardware and software maintenance.
Install cables and configure systems.
Document system addresses and configurations.
Use diagnostic tools to identify problems.
Communicate with end users and management effectively.
Ensure security and functionality with temporary fixes.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

University degree in Computer Science or other relevant field
Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience
Expertise in workstation and peripheral support (Windows 10 and above).
Strong knowledge of incident, problem, change, and configuration management.
User-focused and good communicative skills
Proficient in patch management and IPAM systems.
Fluent in English and French (minimum C1 level) for calls and written requests.

It would be considered an advantage if you have least one of the following certifications:

Windows 10 MCSA
Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
IT Helpdesk Professional (or equivalent)
Google IT Support Professional Certificate
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
(Advanced) Windows troubleshooting for IT
Call Centre Associate Certified (or equivalent)
Certified Network Cabling Design Professional (CNSDP)
