Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in patching, compliance, and monitoring, with mandatory experience in BMC TrueSight. The role focuses on maintaining secure, compliant, and highly available infrastructure across on-prem and/or cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute OS and infrastructure patching for Windows and Linux environments
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and internal standards (e.g., CIS, ISO, SOX, PCI, HIPAA as applicable)
Configure, administer, and monitor infrastructure using BMC TrueSight
Analyze alerts, performance metrics, and capacity trends using TrueSight
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues proactively
Automate patching, compliance checks, and monitoring where possible
Coordinate with security, application, and operations teams for remediation activities
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and compliance reports
Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes
Support audits by providing compliance evidence and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have)
Strong hands-on experience with BMC TrueSight (mandatory)
Experience in infrastructure patching and vulnerability remediation
Solid knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration
