Job Title: Digital Business Analyst

6 month contract - Inside IR35

Onsite 2 x days a week in Warwick

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and innovative Digital Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys challenging the status quo, rethinking current ways of working, and designing solutions that create real value. You will work closely with business stakeholders, digital partners, and product teams to identify opportunities within Asset Operations and translate digital roadmap initiatives into actionable, prioritised product features.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse current business processes to identify frictions, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Redesign end-to-end processes and ways of working, implementing digital solutions that reduce friction and increase value.
Work with Business SMEs to define user stories, product features, and business logic in detail.
Gain buy-in from stakeholders to maximise adoption of new products or processes.
Collaborate with product sprint teams to provide detailed feature information, support prototyping, and ensure continuous value delivery.
Gather and synthesise feedback from users to influence product design and functionality.
Distil complex data into clear, actionable insights for a variety of audiences.

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience working with SMEs and end-users to gather, articulate, and prioritise product features.
Strong facilitation skills for workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, solving complex business problems with agility.
Ability to build relationships across workstreams, identify overlaps, and drive alignment.
Experience delivering business change initiatives as part of major transformation programmes.
Familiarity with agile delivery and frameworks such as SAFe, NG Change BMS, or CDF.
Strong communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels.

Qualifications:

Essential: Degree or equivalent business experience.
Desirable: SAFe Practitioner certification.
