Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to join our Onboarding Migration Team. The successful candidates will play a key role in supporting onboarding and migration initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and manage requirements, and ensure smooth delivery of change across systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements

Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather and validate requirements

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs

Document As-Is and To-Be process flows

Manage and maintain requirements in Jira, including backlog refinement

Support change request management and requirements prioritisation

Document and manage project scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams

Support onboarding and migration activities, ensuring requirements traceability

Contribute to effective change management and impact assessments

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on complex programmes

Strong expertise in:

Requirements elicitation and documentation

Stakeholder management across business and technology teams

Workshop facilitation

As-Is / To-Be process mapping

Hands-on experience with Jira for requirements and backlog management

Experience managing change requests and requirements prioritisation

Strong documentation skills, including project scope and requirements artefacts

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Optional / Desirable Skills

Experience with API requirements and API design

Salesforce background or platform knowledge

Previous experience with technical migrations, particularly customer data migration across platforms

Experience working with Salesforce workflows

Exposure to large-scale onboarding or transformation programmes
