About the Company

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to build and improve core product features, internal tools, and reliable backend services. You’ll work closely with product and engineering to ship high-quality code, improve performance, and keep systems stable as we scale.

Responsibilities

Build production-ready features end-to-end (backend APIs, integrations, data flows)
Design and maintain scalable services (performance, observability, reliability)
Collaborate with product/design to turn requirements into clean solutions
Write tests, review code, and improve engineering standards
Debug issues, handle incidents, and improve system stability
Contribute to architecture decisions and technical roadmap

Required Skills

Strong fundamentals in software engineering (data structures, APIs, debugging)
Experience with {Python/Node/Java/Go} and building web services
Experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and integrations
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and code review practices
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes
Message queues / streaming (RabbitMQ/Kafka)
Observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana/Sentry)
Frontend experience (React/Vue) — if full-stack
Experience in a fast-paced product environment (startup / scale-up)
