Are you ready to shape the future of supply chain operations? We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. Located in Wilmington, DE, this hybrid role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $60 - $70 / hr. w2

Responsibilities

Design and develop a new Labor Management System from the ground up.
Use your expertise in PHP, C#/.NET, and JavaScript to create innovative solutions.
Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and ensure seamless implementation.
Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support and troubleshoot software and network issues.
Stay ahead of software development trends and enhance our DevOps processes.

Experience Requirements

5+ years of experience in developing commercial-grade software systems.
3+ years of experience with PHP or C#/.NET and JavaScript, with a focus on UI design.
Experience with React.js is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and SQL Server is a bonus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in small teams and communicate with users of varying technical expertise.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
