The Role
Orion Global Solutions, a Salesforce consulting partner, is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Content Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is excited about marketing, technology, and building real-world experience in a fast-paced consulting environment.
As a Content Marketing Associate, you'll gain hands-on experience creating marketing content, supporting digital campaigns, and learning how a technology consulting firm builds its brand. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams—and have the unique opportunity to support communication initiatives alongside Orion's President & CEO—while developing practical skills that will help launch your career.
This is a learning-focused role designed to help you grow your marketing, communication, and technology skills while getting exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem.
What You'll Be Doing
Support day-to-day marketing tasks, project coordination, and administrative needs
Help create and design marketing content such as emails, blog posts, social media content, and basic creative assets
Monitor social media channels for trends, industry news, and engagement opportunities
Assist with planning and supporting virtual events related to Salesforce and digital transformation
Conduct research on competitors and industry marketing trends within the Salesforce partner ecosystem
Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to help align marketing content with business goals
Support executive communications and thought leadership efforts by assisting with messaging, content drafts, and communication materials
What You Bring
Strong interest in marketing, technology, and digital content
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and ask questions
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and basic analytics or performance tracking
Bachelor's degree (or graduating soon) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Interest in Salesforce, technology consulting, or B2B marketing (prior experience not required)
Basic design skills or experience with tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms is a plus—but not required
