Strong programming skills in Python (or Golang)

Experience with API integration and Kafka technologies

Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices

Experience with Azure, Docker, and container orchestration

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions and management

Ability to work in Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid environments and manage multiple priorities

3–7 years in core banking implementations or fintech engineering

Prior experience with Vault smart contract development and workflow orchestration

Understanding of Banking domain knowledge (familiarity with core banking concepts, ledger management, payment workflows, etc.)
