We are seeking an experienced and driven Salesforce Developer to join our Information Technology Team reporting to the Executive Director, Data Engineering. The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support key customer-facing and revenue-driving functions across Evolus. This role provides critical technical expertise to optimize business processes, improve data quality, and enhance user experience across Salesforce platforms. The job’s primary purpose is to translate business requirements into high-quality, secure, and performant Salesforce applications that enable Evolus to achieve its growth and operational objectives. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure Salesforce capabilities align with business strategy and execution.

Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact…
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards to support evolving business needs.
Build and support integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems, data platforms, and cloud services using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement durable fixes.
Participate in release planning, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines using Git and Salesforce DevOps tools.
Support data-related initiatives including data migration, synchronization, cleansing, and validation.
Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation covering designs, configurations, and integrations.
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and platform capabilities, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the Salesforce ecosystem.
Office Location - Newport Beach (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Qualifications And Skills You’ll Bring To The Team…
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise or mid-sized environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce declarative tools.
Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems, data platforms, and/or cloud services using APIs and middleware.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and sharing mechanisms.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications…
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce App Builder (certification is a plus).
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, or CPQ.
Hands-on experience with complex Salesforce integrations using middleware or event-driven architecture.
Exposure to analytics, reporting, or data platforms integrated with Salesforce.
Compensation & Total Rewards
This is an Exempt position. The expected pay range for this position is $117,000 to $146,000. You are eligible for a sales incentive compensation terms and conditions apply.
Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.
