ABOUT THE ROLE.

MLabs Talent Partners represents a high-growth Web3 engineering team behind the world’s fastest on-chain DEX. They are currently building a specialized Ethereum roll-up infrastructure designed for internet-scale capital markets. We are seeking a senior, hands-on engineer to own the mission-critical systems that power sub-millisecond block times.

WHAT YOU’LL DO.

• Architect High-Performance Infrastructure: Design and maintain cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP) using IaC (Terraform/Pulumi) to support high-throughput trading workloads.

• Optimize Kubernetes: Lead cluster tuning, including CNI and custom scheduler configurations to ensure consistent performance for latency-sensitive financial applications.

• Own Reliability & Security: Implement advanced observability (Prometheus/Grafana) and robust secrets management (HashiCorp Vault) to protect and monitor systems 24/7.

• Drive CI/CD Excellence: Build and scale automated pipelines for backend and smart contract codebases, enabling rapid deployments without sacrificing stability.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced Lead: You have 8+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles, specifically managing mission-critical, high-availability systems.

• Web3/FinTech Native: You have deep experience with blockchain infrastructure, node operations, or low-latency trading systems.

• Technical Expert: You are proficient in Kubernetes, Terraform, and scripting (Go, Python, or Rust) and enjoy automating away toil in complex environments.
