IT Service Manager required to join an industry leading brand in Bordeaux, France on a contract basis.

The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, quality, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications and digital workplace services.

Responsibilities

Own application and digital workplace operations, ensuring reliability, service quality, and continuous improvement.
Govern incident, change, and service management processes, SLAs, vendors, and operational documentation.
Oversee workplace services, L0–L2 support, asset and configuration management, and automation initiatives.
Ensure service governance, performance monitoring, compliance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation.
Lead teams and partners, acting as the interface between IT operations, governance, and the business.

Key Skills

Strong service operations leadership and stakeholder management.
Proven experience in IT service governance, asset management, and digital workplace operations.
Analytical, pragmatic, and improvement-driven mindset with a focus on automation and service quality.
ITIL Certification is essential.

Open to candidates ideally located in Bordeaux and other neighbouring cities.
