Job Specifications

Hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM with strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core platform features.
Solid experience in production support roles, preferably in a high-usage Salesforce environment.
Strong skills in declarative configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Reports, Dashboards, etc.).
Good understanding of Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (reading/debugging preferred).
Experience working with integration platforms (Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs).
Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce CRM, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and user issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, validation rules, triggers, flows, integrations, and data inconsistencies.
