Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Data Scientist role based in Delhi, OH. The Data Scientist will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. Responsibilities include developing predictive models, applying statistical analysis, conducting experiments, and building machine learning models. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, data pre-processing, and the ability to present findings to stakeholders will be key components of this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java for data manipulation and machine learning model implementation.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
Familiarity with data querying languages like SQL, as well as experience with big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset to analyze and solve complex business challenges using data.
Effective communication and presentation skills to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated experience in handling large datasets and implementing scalable data pipelines.
Education in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred).
Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices is beneficial.
