Senior Frontend Engineer - Remote/Hybrid (NYC or Austin) - $200,000

We’re partnering with a high-growth AI startup transforming a multi-trillion-dollar global industry that has remained largely untouched by modern software. Backed by top-tier VC investors and fresh off a Series B (over $70M+ total funding), the company is entering a critical scale phase and doubling down on engineering.

In the last 6 months alone, the team has grown to over 100+ people - and momentum is accelerating. This role offers a rare opportunity to join as one of the first frontend engineers, working side-by-side with product to shape the user experience, frontend architecture, and long-term technical direction.

This is an environment where impact is immediate, features ship fast, and career progression happens quickly — not through annual review cycles, but through ownership and results. There are already multiple examples of engineers being promoted at exceptional speed.

What You’ll Do

Build and own core frontend experiences used daily by customers at scale
Shape frontend architecture using React & TypeScript
Work closely with product and design to turn complex workflows into intuitive UI
Establish scalable patterns, components, and design systems
Influence product direction as a founding frontend hire

Requirements:

4–6+ years building modern web apps with React & TypeScript
Strong UI/UX instincts, performance awareness, and product mindset
Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
Comfortable owning decisions and moving quickly
Bonus: Startup, AI, or data heavy product experience
