Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated AI Analyst (Entry Level) to support artificial intelligence and data-driven initiatives across the organisation. This role is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals who have a strong interest in AI, machine learning, and data analytics and want hands-on exposure to real-world AI use cases.

You will work alongside data scientists, AI engineers, and analysts to help analyse data, evaluate AI models, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Data Analysis

Assist in analysing datasets used for AI and machine learning models
Support data preparation, cleaning, and validation activities
Help evaluate model outputs and performance metrics

Reporting & Insights

Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries related to AI performance and outcomes
Translate analytical results into clear insights for technical and non-technical teams
Support documentation of AI models, assumptions, and results

Model Support & Testing

Assist in testing AI and machine learning models
Support monitoring of model accuracy, bias, and performance
Help identify opportunities to improve AI-driven solutions

Collaboration & Learning

Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and business teams
Participate in training sessions, reviews, and knowledge-sharing
Stay up to date with AI tools, techniques, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must Have)

Foundational knowledge of:
Python (basic to intermediate)
Data analysis and statistics fundamentals
Basic understanding of:
Machine learning concepts (supervised / unsupervised learning)
AI model evaluation metrics
Familiarity with:
SQL or basic database querying
Data visualisation concepts
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good communication and documentation abilities

Preferred / Advantageous Skills

Exposure to:
Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch (basic level)
Jupyter Notebooks
Academic projects, internships, or coursework in:
Artificial Intelligence
Machine Learning
Data Science
Familiarity with:
Git / version control
Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – basic exposure)

Education

Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in:
Artificial Intelligence
Computer Science
Data Science
Mathematics / Statistics
Or a related technical field

Certifications (Advantage)

Entry-level or foundational certifications such as:
Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals
Google AI / Machine Learning certificates
IBM AI Engineering (Foundational)
