Role: Salesforce Data Cloud Lead

Location: London - Hybrid

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 (DoE)

An award-winning and highly regarded Salesforce Partner who have been making waves in the ecosystem in the last 12 months are ramping up their team once again due to winning a number of enterprise and complex style implementations. These cover multi-cloud instances and have a huge influx of projects across Ai and Data Cloud.

They pride themselves on putting their customers first and have been recognised for the outstanding work they deliver.

As a Data Cloud Functional Lead, you will directly work with customers and confidently take a lead role on projects and programmes focused on enterprise data strategy and Data Cloud capabilities. Working closely with both the technical and delivery teams, the role encompasses responsibilities that span across requirements gathering, solution design and configuration - owning all aspects of the Salesforce Data Cloud stream and leveraging Data Cloud as a solution.

To be successful in the role, strong experience of Salesforce Core and/or Marketing Cloud are also expected.

Requirements and Experience include:

5+ years Salesforce project delivery experience end-to-end, with strong organisational skills and experience working across multiple Salesforce clouds.
5+ years Salesforce Data 360, CDP, Data Cloud and/or equivalent enterprise data platforms with experience in data harmonisation, identity resolution and activation across channels.
Consultancy experience is highly preferred
Cross-cloud experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud) is essential
Full right to work in the UK
Salesforce Data Cloud certified + other relevant certifications
