Senior QA Engineer

Hybrid (3 days on site per week)

This client is rethinking retail through cutting-edge digital innovation and unique experiences, we’re connecting consumers to the world’s best brands.

We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer who shares that mindset. Someone who views quality as a team responsibility, not just a testing phase.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in shaping the quality engineering culture and embedding quality from day one across our retail platforms. You’ll work in a cloud-native environment, focusing on scalability, performance, security, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

Define and deliver test strategies across functional and non-functional areas.
Build and maintain automated tests using Playwright.
Drive performance, load, and scalability testing with tools like k6.
Embed quality checks into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Use observability tools (logs, metrics, traces) for smarter system feedback.
Champion BDD and collaborative quality practices across teams.
Mentor others in modern QE methods and system thinking.

What You’ll Bring

Strong skills in Playwright, Cypress or Selenium, with JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
Hands-on experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with API testing, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
A passion for continuous improvement and shared team ownership of quality.
