UX Designer, Contract, 3+ months, Circa £500, Midweight

We’re supporting a large UK energy and utilities organisation undergoing digital transformation across customer-facing and internal platforms. They’re looking for an experienced UX Designer to join the team on an initial 3 month contract to help improve journeys, usability, and overall experience.

Contract: 3 months
Rate: £500/day
Status: Inside IR35
Location: UK (hybrid/twice a week in London)

What you’ll be doing

Designing clear, user-centred digital experiences across web and platform products
Producing wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
Working closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
Applying UX best practice in an agile delivery environment

Experience

Strong background in UX design for digital products or services
Comfortable working in complex, regulated environments
Portfolio showing end-to-end UX and problem-solving capability
