Role: Lead Salesforce Consultant (Functional)

Location: London - Hybrid Working

Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 + Bonus - DoE

The most notable and fastest scaling Salesforce Partner 2024/2025 who are behind award-winning activities are closing the remaining weeks of the year on a high having signed 2 brand new enterprise and complex digital transformations covering multi-cloud applications with a huge focus across Ai / Agentforce.

In light of this, they're hiring for a number of roles in the delivery team including a salesforce functional lead who will own and lead projects on an end to end basis.

Ideally you will have a background in hands-on work across implementations, whilst bringing strong project delivery expertise with confident ability to lead stakeholder engagements and guide the wider project team of cross-functional experts.

They have broke records for their growth in the last 12 months alone, and show no signs of slowing down their team expansion come 2026. This business invests heavily in their team culture and frequently have team activities from run-clubs, game-nights, team socials across the city of London and so much more.

Due to the scale and speed of growth, you have direct and advanced route to stepping into senior level positions including director dependent upon your personal goals. This is supported from mentorship and bespoke plans from C-Suite, regular resources from internal training sessions, funded certifications and a bespoke plan tailored to you.

This is hybrid working role based at their modern style offices located in central London.

Requirements:

Circa 5+ years Salesforce experience delivering end to end implementations
Proven experience leading on Salesforce implementations & teams
Experience working in consulting / at a salesforce partner is essential
Core Cloud experience (minimum), additional clouds are desired (incl Agentforce)
Solution design / hands-on configuration experience
Strong Business Skills: Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
Industry experience across professional services / the built environment - Desired
Relevant Salesforce Certifications to experience
Full Right to work in the UK
