Context & Mission

The consultant supports the analysis, structuring, and validation of functional requirements within an information systems environment. The assignment focuses on gap analysis, functional documentation, data-related analysis, and validation of delivered solutions in coordination with QA, architects, and project stakeholders.

Hands-on mission focused on:

Functional analysis and gap identification
Requirements definition and documentation
Solution validation and acceptance support

Key Responsibilities

Perform gap analysis between current systems and target solutions
Analyse existing systems and business processes
Define and document functional and data-related requirements
Produce clear, structured functional specifications
Define use cases, user stories, and process flows
Support data analysis and functional data modelling
Validate delivered solutions against approved requirements
Support acceptance activities with QA, architects, PMs, and SMEs
Maintain requirements traceability across the lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Business Analyst on IT / information systems projects
Strong expertise in functional requirements analysis
Experience working with complex systems and structured environments
Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, specifications)
Ability to validate solutions against functional requirements
Experience working closely with QA, architects, and project managers

Nice-to-Have

Experience in public sector or regulated environments
Exposure to data analytics or reporting-related contexts

Languages

Fluent English
