DevOps Team Lead

London (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead to design, build, and scale modern infrastructure while leading a high-performing DevOps team. You’ll drive CI/CD, automation, reliability, and security across complex, high-availability systems, including live and streaming environments.

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers
Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation
Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams
Ensure high availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency
Own monitoring, logging, and incident response (on-call rotation)
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies

What You Bring

Strong DevOps leadership experience in cross-functional teams
Hands-on coding (Python, Java, Go, Bash, or similar)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi)
Containers & Kubernetes (Docker, Helm, ArgoCD/FluxCD)
Linux/Unix, GitOps, databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Monitoring & observability (Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry)
Cloud experience (AWS/GCP certifications a plus)
Agile mindset and proactive attitude
