Job Specifications

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWCs, triggers, and integrations while adhering to best practices and governor limits.
Translate business requirements into high-quality, maintainable code, collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute through code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Support modern development practices by using Git, improving CI/CD and release automation, and staying current with Salesforce platform enhancements.

Requirements:

Over five years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, asynchronous processing, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and governor limits, with a proven ability to independently drive solutions from concept through delivery.
Experienced with Git-based source control, Salesforce CLI, modern development tooling, and writing robust unit tests that meet or exceed coverage requirements, while consistently producing clean, well-structured, and maintainable code.
