Job Description

As a Digital Sales & Channel Marketing Assistant, you will join the Digital Sales Department at our European Headquarters and support both the Key Account Management team and the Channel Marketing team.

You will work in close collaboration with our main partners (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Valve, etc.) and many internal teams (Marketing, Social Media, PR, etc.).

This internship offers a complete, hands-on experience in digital distribution and channel marketing within the gaming industry.

Your principal missions will be as follows (non-exhaustive list):

Channel Marketing responsibilities:

Coordinate marketing assets (creation, approvals, delivery) with Product Managers and key partners.
Secure visibility for new releases and back-catalog titles across partner channels and storefronts.
Track marketing beats such as trailers, pre-orders, launch timings, DLCs, and OSTs.
Take part in the management of our monthly Channel Marketing reports.

Digital Sales responsibilities:

Support Key Account Managers with sales analysis, pricings, and promotional setup
Maintain accurate release and promotion calendars for partners (Sony, Microsoft, Valve, Nintendo)
Contribute to data and reporting projects (dashboards, competition tracking, promotional reports)
Help the Digital Sales department with “long-term” projects. (Market Analysis, Competitive Intelligence...)

Transversal Missions:

Participate in internal and external meetings with partners and cross-functional teams on a weekly & monthly basis.
Coordinate with multiple internal departments (Marketing, Creative, Social, PR, CRM).
Help ensure partner-facing information is accurate and up to date (assets, calendars, statements, guidelines).
Contribute to regular reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Candidate Profile

Currently enrolled in a master’s degree, majoring in project management, digital marketing or sales
Initial experience in the entertainment industry or digital marketing or sales development would be a plus
Fluent in English, excellent written and spoken communication skills
A command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel is required
Interest and understanding of video game digital platforms is appreciated.
Strong communication skills
Organized, rigorous, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities and respect tight deadlines pertaining to various projects
Curious, dynamic, and eager to learn.

Additional information

Job location: 15 rue Félix Mangini, 69009 LYON (this position is not eligible to full-remote working)

Start date: January 2026

Contract: internship (no work-study program)

Remuneration: dependent on degree level (from 1,100€ up to 1,200€ per month)
