Job Description

Within the EMEA headquarters you will be part of the E-commerce team under the supervision of its manager.

The Official Bandai Namco Store https://store.bandainamcoent.eu/ sell Premium and limited physical items (Collector’s Editions, Figurines, Vinyls..) as well as Digital games to our fans in Europe and Australia. Our goal is to offer great services and local customer experience (currencies, languages) while offering many advantages to our community (loyalty program, pre-order bonuses...).

Join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of e-commerce and product development. You will carry out the following missions (non-exhaustive list):

Update and maintain the product roadmap while tracking project progress.
Coordinate with partners, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth product launches.
Create and optimize product pages with a strong focus on SEO and user experience (UX).
Set up and execute promotional campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Summer Sale) and analyze their performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Monitor the website to ensure a seamless customer experience, smooth navigation, bug-free functionality, and correct translations.
Coordination of product development projects: sourcing, product specifications, planification.
Collect key data to prepare detailed Requests for Quotation and interpret supplier proposals effectively.
Compile supplier offers and project details into dashboards for internal sharing and decision-making.
Conduct product benchmarking and market analysis for development projects (apparel, vinyls, figurines, lamps, collectibles, etc.).

This internship might interest students who would like to discover the field of e-commerce in a fun, dynamic, and international environment.

Candidate Profile

Master’s degree majoring in Digital Marketing / Marketing / e-Commerce (ideally Master 2)
Genuine interest in and curious about the e-commerce sector
Good level of written and oral English, French would be a plus
Good organizational skills, versatility, rigor, and sense of priorities
Ability to work both in a team and independently
Interest in video games would be appreciated

Additional information

Job location: 15 rue Félix Mangini, 69009 LYON (this position is not eligible to full-remote working)

Start date: February 2026

Contract: internship (no work-study program)

Remuneration: dependent on degree level (from 1,100€ up to 1,200€ per month)
