We are seeking an experienced Director of Information Security and Privacy to lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our global Information Security and Privacy function. This pivotal role ensures the protection of our digital assets, data, and technology infrastructure while aligning security and privacy initiatives with corporate objectives.

As the Global Data Protection Officer (DPO), you will oversee the Cyber Security and Privacy team, manage critical projects, and drive continuous improvement to safeguard against evolving threats. You will collaborate closely with Governance and Legal functions, internal stakeholders, and clients to maintain confidence in our security posture.

Information Security & Privacy Leadership:
Act as Global DPO for the Group.
Develop, maintain, and enhance the Information Security and Privacy controls framework.
Drive strategic mandates and ensure compliance with global legislation.
Lead awareness and training programs across the Group.
Embed a culture of Data Privacy by Design.
Team Leadership:
Provide direction and support to the Cyber Security and Privacy team.
Conduct performance reviews and foster a collaborative, accountable culture.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
Support Sales and Bid teams on security-related opportunities.
Manage client audits and assure compliance with security standards.
Supply Chain & Vendor Management:
Oversee security-related vendors and establish strategic partnerships.
Audit & Certification:
Align with internal Governance and external auditors for IT Security audits.
Design and implement controls to achieve global security certifications.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and maintain a rolling 2–3-year Cyber Security strategy

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in complex stakeholder management.
Deep knowledge of global security standards (ISO27002, SOC 2, NIST, CIS).
Expertise in privacy legislation (GDPR, CCPA) and regional standards (Cyber Essentials, NIS 2).
Strong IT operational understanding and experience implementing security frameworks.
Familiarity with IT frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF).
Ability to foster inclusive, high-performing teams and champion a culture of transparency and innovation.
