Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio company, is seeking a temporary AI Legal Ops Specialist for a remote assignment with one of our prestigious corporate clients in the cryptocurrency exchange industry.
This is not a coding role, it is a functional role thinking through the current AI and how our client can implement those tools across their internal processes.

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a highly tech-savvy hands‐on AI Legal Ops Specialist to design, build, and operationalize AI‐powered cryptocurrency exchange workflows and agents. The ideal candidate has experience building AI workflows with n8n and connecting tools with LibreChat. In this role you will be responsible for testing, maintaining prompts as well as maintaining the prompt library.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with cryptocurrency exchange agents and process flows in n8n, LibreChat, and/or Glean AI.
Develop robust prompt chains and tool integrations to automate intake, review, routing, and reporting.
Evaluate and implement AI prompts within Ironclad Jurist.
Collaborate with Legal Ops and counsel to align AI policies with clause libraries, fallback rules, and approval paths.
Maintain knowledge bases (sources, schemas, retrieval strategy) for AI agents and cryptocurrency exchange bots, ensuring high‐quality, up‐to‐date content.
Establish governance for source of truth, change control, and auditability.
Quality, Compliance, & Operations
Define evaluation metrics (precision/recall, latency, user satisfaction) and run A/B tests for prompts and workflows.
Partner with InfoSec/Privacy to uphold confidentiality, access controls, and PII handling in all automations.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven record building AI‐powered workflows and complex prompts; experience with n8n, LibreChat, and/or Glean AI.
Hands‐on experience with Ironclad Jurist, specifically AI playbooks and prompt configurations for contract review/markup.
Ability to document, monitor, and iteratively improve production workflows with measurable KPIs.
