Job Specifications

Release Manager to join an industry leading brand in Wolverhampton.

Hybrid working, excellent rates & long term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end release process across all environments.
Coordinate with development, testing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality releases on time.
Enforce configuration management standards using manifest files and structured release artefacts.
Oversee packaging and deployment of SAS DI code (SPKs) and Oracle artefacts.
Support migration initiatives, including SAS 9.4 to SAS Viya 4, using CI/CD practices.
Lead release readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, and post-release retrospectives.
Ensure full traceability and audibility of release components and decisions.
Required Skills & Experience

SAS Enterprise Guide (EG): Job orchestration and user migration support.
SAS Data Integration (DI): Packaging and deployment of DI jobs using manifest structures.
Open to candidates who can travel to Wolverhampton, Telford & Birmingham.
