The Role

As a Project Manager on the Clinical Implementations, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimization and frontline deployment of Verto’s platforms across healthcare organizations.

This is a critical, customer facing role on a highly visible initiative. You will support clinical workflow assessment, configuration, and rollout of Verto solutions across clinical settings, working with diverse stakeholder groups. You will be required to comfortably shift between clinical requirements gathering, project management, change management, and solution design and implementation.

Note: This role is a maternity leave coverage position and will be offered as an indefinite-term contract.

What You’ll Do

Project Management
Lead the planning and execution of multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring timely, high quality delivery aligned with client expectations and organizational goals
Manage cross functional teams spanning Clinical, Technical, Data and AI, and Product resources
Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks and issues
Establish and lead Steering Committees with client executives and internal leadership to drive decision-making, remove blockers, and maintain strategic alignment
Stakeholder and Client Engagement
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with health system clients, executive sponsors, and internal stakeholders
Represent Verto as an implementation subject matter expert throughout the customer lifecycle
Drive change management efforts with clients, supporting adoption and sustained use of Verto solutions
Quality Assurance
Oversee prioritization of solution requests and issue resolution
Manage client escalations and ensure transparent, timely communication
Ensure implementation requirements are adhered to and escalate appropriately when needed

Clinical Implementations
Lead identification, development, planning, implementation, and sustainment of clinical IT implementation projects
Develop and analyze workflows, creating associated documentation and models
Quickly pick up product configuration knowledge and translate implementation complexity
Support continuity and succession planning through internal documentation, guides, demos, and knowledge sharing sessions

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Health Administration, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field
Five to seven years of experience in clinical, health informatics, or technology driven healthcare environments
Three plus years of experience managing complex ICT or health technology implementations
Proven track record managing executive level stakeholders and client relationships
Extensive experience leading diverse, cross functional teams
Experience driving organizational change management and large scale transformation initiatives
Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills

Nice-to-Haves

Master of Health Informatics or equivalent advanced degree
Health Informatics certificate
PMP certification
Experience working in health tech, digital health, or healthcare software organizations

Working Environment

This role includes required travel to external clinical sites and is classified as Working Environment Risk Level 2.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $110,000 CAD per year, depending on experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
