About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who enjoys working closely with customers, takes ownership of outcomes, and thrives in a fast-growing environment.

This role is highly hands-on. You’ll work directly with a diverse portfolio of customers - including large enterprises, airports, universities, attractions, and other high-impact venues - ensuring successful onboarding, strong adoption, and long-term value realization. As an early member of our Customer Success function, you’ll help shape how we engage, support, and grow with our customers as we scale.

What You’ll Do

Own Customer Outcomes

Manage your assigned portfolio of 100-200 customer accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
Lead onboarding, ongoing engagement, and regular check-ins to ensure customers are seeing value for your assigned accounts
For accounts that include live events, oversee customer coordination and event-related logistics to ensure smooth execution and a strong on-site experience

Drive Adoption & Growth

Identify opportunities for expanded usage and additional solutions as customer needs evolve
Partner with internal teams to support renewals and expansion conversations

Build & Improve CS Processes

Help define and refine customer success workflows, playbooks, and best practices
Contribute to building scalable systems such as CRM workflows, health metrics, and communication templates

Be the Voice of the Customer

Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable input for Product and Engineering for your assigned accounts
Advocate for customer needs while balancing business priorities

Operate in a Dynamic Environment

Support customers across complex deployments involving hardware, AI, and physical environments
Troubleshoot issues collaboratively and ensure timely resolution

Compensation
Commission: Uncapped, based heavily on Expansion Revenue and Retention.
