Marketing Manager (Global FMCG Brand)

12 Month FTC

£80-90K plus car allowance & wider package

Hybrid (2 days/week in Greater London)

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager for a 12 month FTC to work on one of the world’s most iconic FMCG brands.

In this role, you'll plan and deliver the brand strategy and vision and own the delivery of through-the-line, integrated campaigns.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be the creative engine and strategic architect behind every touchpoint of the brand. This is your opportunity to bring to life a bold vision and ensure consistent, emotionally engaging brand expression in partnership with world-class agency teams and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

Lead end-to-end creative campaign development
You will collaborate and communicate across a cross-function team to deliver on consumer and business objectives.
Lead the innovation pipeline across the brand
Build and manage relationships with top-tier creative, media, design, PR, and digital agencies.
Translate complex strategy into clear, inspiring creative briefs.
Lead and develop a team of 2 direct reports
Live and breathe the brand vision acting as a key strategic and commercial brand owner in the business

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience at Marketing Marketing level within a branded FMCG environment
Excellent leadership experience across both of people and strategies
A portfolio of standout Masterbrand campaigns that have delivered strong business results.
Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a flair for turning insights into powerful storytelling.
A collaborative, resilient mindset and strong influencing skills to build consensus at all levels.
Experience managing multiple agencies and aligning global teams around a single, iconic brand vision.
