Role Description

This is a contract and remote role for a Director of Technology - Healthcare. The director will lead the strategic and operational planning of technology initiatives and develop solutions aligned with CytoCync’s goals. Key responsibilities include managing IT projects, creating and implementing IT strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality and compliance requirements. The Director will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance platform capabilities while advancing security, innovation, and efficiency in healthcare technology.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Information Technology and IT Strategy, with a strong understanding of emerging technologies and their application in healthcare.
Extensive expertise in Program Management and Project Management, guiding projects from conception to successful delivery.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including Team Leadership and the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving organizational goals in fast-paced technology environments.
Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and data privacy laws is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
