Job Specifications

Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 5 days onsite initially)

Contract: 6 months (Extension / FTE conversion possible)

⏰ Working Hours: UK business hours (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Infosys is looking for an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer to join a high-impact implementation and production support engagement within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.

Role Overview

You will work on implementation, upgrade, and AMS support projects across on-prem, Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP), and private cloud environments. This role requires strong technical leadership, client interaction, and ownership of production stability in a multi-time-zone setup.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and customize Guidewire ClaimCenter (v10.x & Cloud)

Lead L2/L3/L4 support teams across India, US, and UK

Manage production defects, RCA, and defect reduction initiatives

Ensure near 24/7 application availability and SLA adherence

Implement Guidewire best practices & SurePath methodology

Drive automation using GUnit, API, and integration testing

Enhance logging, monitoring, and observability for faster MTTR

Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and distributed teams

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of Guidewire experience

5+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter hands-on experience

Guidewire Certified Developer (ACE preferred)

Strong P&C insurance domain knowledge (Personal / Commercial lines)

Expertise in Gosu, Core Java, SQL

Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, batch processes, messaging framework

Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Jira, ServiceNow

Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
