Job Description:

"Senior java developer – 8 yrs experience

Comp sci background Needs strong core java - Good software development practice

Prefers tech co’s preferably startups over financial services

Pure Dev no prod support

Core Java - Write very clean and very high performance java code

Spring boot

Independent thinker

Good integration testing / data structures

Kafka or Mongo

Kubernetes, containers, CI/DI exp are plus

Low latency an advantage

Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.

• Proficiency with Framework such as Spring Boot.

• Able to implement high throughput, low-latency, extremely reliable frameworks.

• Deep understanding of Java technology such as garbage collection internal, dependency injection, annotation, threading model, and synchronization primitives.

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

• Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Experience with message brokers such as Kafka.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• Master’s degree preferred"
