We are looking for a Business Analyst to become part of the Mortgage team. The environment is fast-paced and the system is complex.
You will develop expertise in the business and system, assist in developing business requirements and communicating them to the team, support the Product Owners, and help to bring IT initiatives to successful resolutions.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
Participate in the analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements ensuring all the decisions, requirements and testing needs are properly captured
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams across the bank as well as external partners to deliver the end-to-end solution
Create Business and Technical documentation
Participate in working sessions with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
Support the Dev and QAT team
Develop your knowledge in the business and systems domain.
Monitor post-implementation performance and incident resolution
Must be able to work within tight deadlines and schedules and manage multiple initiatives at the same time.
Skills
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
Working experience in system analysis, technical documentation and a history of working with large systems
Experience working with relational databases, and SQL
Able to understand technical (moder and legacy systems) and document that current and ongoing changes with clarity
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, translating complex information into clear insights
Ability to quickly adapt and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to proactively identify project risks and contribute to overall solution success
Proficiency in JIRA / Confluence/ MS Office/Service Now
Experience in Banking/Financial industry is preferred
