We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Tester for one of our valuable clients located in Plano, TX/ McLean, VA

Title: ServiceNow Tester

Location: Mclean VA / Plano TX – 5 Days Onsite (100% Onsite)

Overview

Test and ensure quality of ServiceNow modules (IRM/GRC, ITSM, HRSD, CSM) through manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities

Create and run test cases and automated scripts (ATF, Selenium).
Validate workflows, controls, integrations, and platform changes.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams; report defects.

Qualifications

5–8 yrs QA; 3+ yrs ServiceNow ATF (IRM/GRC)
Strong automation, UI, API, and Agile experience

Preferred

ServiceNow certifications, scripting, CI/CD experience
