The Lead Salesforce Developer will provide technical leadership and
mentorship within the Solutions Delivery team. In this role, you'll collaborate with Architects and Product Owners to leverage the full capability of the CRM platform to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. This position offers the opportunity to drive highly visible Salesforce initiatives across the organization while working in an agile delivery environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Act as the go-to Salesforce expert—providing technical advice,
design direction, and leadership to advance projects
Design solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and
guidelines
Assist in estimating work effort, determining required resources,
and developing schedules
Design, build, and configure applications that are highly functional,
scalable, and easily maintained
Develop customer-centric applications with interactive UI using
JavaScript, CSS, and Angular
Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com
platform
Implement customer-based solutions on the Salesforce platform
Develop custom applications integrating Salesforce with other
internal systems
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for bug fixes and
enhancements
Act as a point of escalation for Service Desk for advanced issue
resolution
Ensure service level availability of the Force.com platform and
integration applications
Provide on-call support for break/fix/enhancement activities
Participate in peer code reviews and unit testing
Create and execute test plans, including use cases and test data
Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical
Requirements
Follow standard operating procedures for events, incidents,
requests, changes, and problems
Utilize best practices for operational support and platform
enhancements
What We Will Love About You
Hands-on experience in Salesforce customization, configuration,
Apex, and Visualforce pages with JavaScript
Experience with Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design
System, Process Builder, Workflows, and Flows
Strong UI development skills including JavaScript and CSS
Experience with CI/CD processes for automated deployments
using repositories like Gitlab along with Salesforce DX
Hands-on experience implementing Service Cloud, Sales Cloud,
and Community Cloud
Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, security configuration,
sharing rules, and user management
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Agile software development processes and best
practices
Integration experience with Okta, Power Platform, or AWS
Experience with Salesforce Communities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working and collaborating with multiple teams
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work
independently
Creative problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach
