Job Specifications

Data Architect ure & Design
Lead the architect ure of end-to-end Azure data solutions, including ingestion, storage, modelling, and analytics.
Develop enterprise-grade data architect ures that are scalable, secure, and cost-optimised.
Produce HLD/LDD documentation and ensure alignment with architect ural principles and standards.
Design and implement data models (conceptual, logical, and physical).
Assess existing data landscapes and provide modernisation or migration strategies.
Azure Data Platform Expertise
Design and implement solutions using:
Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2
Azure Synapse Analytics
Azure Data bricks
Azure Data Factory
Azure SQL/Managed Instance
Azure Cosmos DB
Azure Event Hub/Service Bus
Azure Functions
Azure Purview/Microsoft Fabric (desirable)
Ensure data governance, lineage, quality, and cataloguing best practices.
ETL/ELT & Pipelines
Architect and optimise ETL/ELT workflows using Data Factory, Data bricks, or Synapse pipelines.
Implement CI/CD for data pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Security & Governance
Ensure solutions comply with organisational security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Implement strong access controls, encryption, and data classification frameworks.
