ESG & Sustainability Transformation Lead Contract
£700p/day | Outside IR35 | Mostly Remote
Location:Luton & Cambridge (ad hoc travel, 1 2 days per week as required)
Experienced ESG & Sustainability Transformation Lead required for a global sustainability and SAP-enabled transformation programme.
The role focuses on aligning a digital sustainability platform with BAU sustainability operations, supporting Mexico deployment and UK readiness activities.
Key responsibilities:
Align digital sustainability solutions with BAU sustainability processes
Support Mexico deployment, UAT closure, and go-live readiness
Coordinate across sustainability, technology, build, and BAU teams
Define roles and responsibilities at go-live
Support UK design and build readiness activities
Required experience:
ESG strategy, compliance, and non-financial reporting
Large-scale technology/SAP transformation programmes
Ideally, strong SAP knowledge (transactions, reporting, data integration)
Global, cross-functional stakeholder management
Proven delivery and project leadership
Excellent communication skills
Contract
£700 per day
Outside IR35
Mostly remote with travel to Luton & Cambridge as required
