The position at a glance

The Compliance Function is an integrated function in BNP Paribas. This internship is in the Compliance Nearshoring Platform, covering Transversal Risk Management topics of the Americas region across all types of Compliance risks.

In detail

Compliance Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA):

Contribute to the collection of compliance related data and the development of databases
Help to create training materials on the risk assessment process
Report on risk assessment progress
Securely store all risk assessment documentation

Compliance Reporting & Governance:

Assist with the production of ongoing Compliance reporting deliverables
Contribute to inventory maintenance of Compliance policies and procedures
Support assignation, monitoring and reporting of Compliance trainings

Work conditions: This position provides for standard working conditions in an office and a normal work schedule from Monday to Friday.

The Strengths And Skills That Will Help You Succeed

Student in Bachelor or Master in Law or Business Administration with a graduation date in December 2026 or in May 2027.
Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
Knowledge of the English language*
Excellent organization & planning skills.
Advanced working knowledge and experience with Excel, Power Point and Sharepoint.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills.
Team player willing to accept challenges large and small and meet them under time pressure.
Given the vast majority of our clients, both internal and external, are based outside of Quebec and Canada, specific language requirements may apply. Knowledge of the English is required.
