Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Frontend Engineer Intern, based in Toronto, ON, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The intern will collaborate with the engineering team on building and enhancing user interfaces for our platform, focusing on responsive web design and front-end functionality. Daily tasks include coding, debugging, and implementing interfaces while ensuring seamless integration with backend systems. The ideal candidate will also contribute to testing and optimizing front-end performance for a superior user experience.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Front-End Development, including website styling and user interface implementation
Understanding of concepts in Responsive Web Design to ensure a seamless experience across devices
Basic knowledge of Back-End Web Development and integration
Familiarity with principles of Software Development and Web Development
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate within a team and communicate effectively
Enrollment in a Computer Science or related degree program is preferred
Prior hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
