Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to deliver top-tier support to key wholesale clients while ensuring accurate order management and seamless internal coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning the customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day customer service operations for key accounts, with a strong focus on Costco
Accurately enter, process, and track customer orders from intake to fulfillment
Maintain and update customer and order data across internal systems
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Collaborate closely with logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery
Prepare reports and support sales forecasting and inventory management
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline customer service processes

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service, order entry, or account coordination within a wholesale or apparel environment
Hands-on experience working with Costco
Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and spoken)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform well in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and/or ERP systems is an asset
