Job Specifications

Position: Rust, JavaScript/TypeScript & Python Engineers (Code Agent Experience)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $70–$90/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities:

Use coding agents (e.g., Codex, Claude Code) to perform realistic software engineering tasks on real-world codebases.
Work on production-style systems supporting next-generation machine learning applications.
Collaborate asynchronously with AI research teams to build robust, high-performance software solutions.
Contribute to open-source projects and advanced personal projects shared publicly on GitHub.
Communicate clearly and precisely through written documentation and technical discussions.
Apply rigorous problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

Strong experience using coding agents as part of a software engineering workflow.
Fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python; experience with Rust is a strong plus.
Proven portfolio of open-source contributions or sophisticated personal projects.
Strong analytical thinking and debugging skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
