We've recently launched our CanditAI for Business where we're rapidly partnering with businesses across the US and UK and allowing them to scale by entirely offloading their candidate prepping burden, allowing them to take on more placements, make them faster - and cheaper.

About the role

We are hiring a Junior Business Analyst to support operational and analytical tasks across CanditAI for Business. This is a junior role and we only require at least a years of analytical experience, we're primarily looking for someone that's driven, eager to learn and passionate about our mission (and knows a lot about CanditAI).

That being said, this role is suitable for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and looking to gain practical experience in a fast-moving tech environment.

What you will be doing

Assisting with partner-related data analysis and reporting
Supporting operational processes across teams
Maintaining and updating internal records and dashboards
Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and customer/partner experience
Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth daily operations

What we are looking for

Strong analytical and written communication skills
Someone who has used/is using CanditAI and can explain how it works
Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Someone with an eagerness to learn and grow within the tech space.

Hybrid role, with 2 days/week in the office expected.
